Tips:
1. Don't add too much salt when beating the egg liquid. Pickled mustard has a salty taste, so what I made was a little saltier.
2. Add some salt to the asparagus to remove the astringency.
3. Don't make the fire too big when omelette, it will be easy to paste.
4. If the egg liquid is low in water content, the upper layer is easy to solidify and does not need to be put into the oven. But it's best to put it in the oven, because the omelette thickens after adding vegetables and meat, the upper layer is not easy to solidify when the fire is small, and the bottom layer is easy to paste.
5. The temperature and time of the oven are based on the temperament of the oven at home. The principle is: the upper layer is higher and the lower layer is lower, and it will be out of the box when it solidifies.
6. You can use dishes and meats you like or dislike, and it’s ok to match the colors with brighter ones. Using dishes or meat that you don’t like is a cure for picky eaters. Who doesn’t want to take a bite of such a brightly colored omelet? 😄
