Cucumber Lemon Honey Juice

Prepare two fruit cucumbers and half a lemon

Wash and cut into small pieces

Lemon is divided into three parts: peel, naan and pulp; the peel can be soaked in water, the pulp is squeezed, and the naan is discarded

Put the cut fruit cucumber and lemon pulp into the juicer, add 150ml of cold white to boil

Turn on and stir for 15s

Pour into the filter

Filter out the pomace (you can omit this step if you want a better laxative effect)

Add honey to filtered juice

Stir until the honey is completely melted before serving in a cup.
Tips:
Honey is added after the juice is filtered, so that a lot less foam can be produced.
