Cucumber Mixed with Black Fungus

Slice ears and cucumber to prepare.

The ears are soaked in cold water and then cleaned.

After peeling the cucumber, pat it through with a knife and change it into small pieces.

Put in a bowl, sprinkle a small amount of refined salt, mix well and marinate for 5 minutes.

Cut coriander, chives, millet pepper and garlic into finely chopped pieces.

Boil water in a pot, add refined salt when the water is boiled.

Pour into ears and blanch water.

Pickled cucumbers, squeeze out the juice.

Add blanched black fungus.

Add garlic, millet pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar and the remaining refined salt.

Add coriander and chives.

Mix well and sprinkle with cooked white sesame seeds.

Mix well and let stand for 10 minutes, then serve.
Tips:
1: Add a small amount of salt to the cucumber to kill the water first, and the taste will be better and crisper after mixing. This is one of the tips for this delicious dish.
2: When the ears are blanched, add a little salt to the water, and the ears will be more delicious after boiling. This is the second good tip.
3: If there is no spicy sauce, you can replace it with chili oil.
