Cucumber Roll with Preserved Egg

Wash cucumbers and set aside

Use a peeler to slice the cucumber into slices.

Cucumber slices are rolled into a roll and put into a lunch box, preserved eggs are cut into pieces, soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil are mixed in a small bowl.

Place the preserved eggs on the green skin rolls, and pour the sauce evenly on the preserved eggs and green skin rolls.
