Cumin Chicken Wings

Cut the front and back sides of the chicken wings a few times so that they will taste delicious when marinated.

As shown in the picture, add the condiments to the chicken wings and mix well.

Cut the ginger slices, put them in a bowl, and mix well. Marinate for 1 hour. (It can be marinated the night before and stored in the refrigerator.)

After marinating, put it in the pot (remove the ginger slices), and fry the front and back in turns until golden.

Pour in the seasoning left over before, sprinkle the cumin powder evenly on the front and back, and keep turning over.

Cover the pot and simmer until the meat can be punctured and there is no blood. Put in shallots in the last five minutes from the left.
Tips:
1. Chicken wings are hard to cook, so simmer for a longer time.
2. Sprinkle more cumin. If you like spicy food, add chili powder.
3. Put the green onions late, otherwise they will burn.
