Cumin Lamb Roll

Thaw the mutton rolls, put them in a bowl, add cooking wine, fresh soy sauce, white sugar, egg whites, starch, and raw cooking oil and marinate for half an hour;

Cut scallions into small diamond-shaped sections for later use;

Put the oil in the pan on a low heat, pour in the marinated lamb rolls and fry them, add the scallions and cumin, and stir-fry until the lamb is cooked.
Tips:
1. Put a little sugar in the marinated lamb to improve the flavor.
2. Put some raw cooking oil when marinating lamb, and stir fry when frying lamb.
3. If you don't like to eat green onions, you can replace them with onions.
