Cumin Potatoes
1.
Peel and cut fresh potatoes into hob pieces, add star anise, and cook with water and salt. The degree of cooking determines whether it tastes hard or raked. I am a child who eats it, so my cooking is relatively soft. Normally boil the water for two minutes. Eat a softer one and cook for five minutes.
2.
Let it cool and dry and set aside.
3.
Heat the oil when the oil temperature is very high. Add the potato pieces. Fry over a large fire to set the shape.
4.
Grate the potatoes to the side. Add minced ginger and minced garlic. Stir fragrant with a small fire.
5.
Push the potatoes in the middle. Slowly fry
6.
Fry until yellow on both sides, add a little five-spice powder and salt and pepper to increase flavour.
7.
Turn to high heat, add barbecue powder and cumin powder. Add celery leaves and stir fry.
8.
Sprinkle with white sesame seeds and start eating beautifully.
