Cumin Potatoes

Wash the small potatoes bought in the supermarket

Put it in a pot and cook for about 30 minutes, cook until it can be easily pierced with chopsticks, turn off the heat, remove it and rinse with cold water

Peel off the skin patiently, it’s okay to be lazy.

Press lightly with the back of the knife, don't use too much force or it will break

Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pan and sauté the minced garlic

Add potatoes and fry until golden brown on both sides

Tips:
If the taste is heavy, add some salt! I didn't add it, it feels good as a snack!
