Cumin Pu'er Tea Egg

1. Take the eggs out of the refrigerator and leave them at room temperature for a few hours, otherwise they will break easily when they are cooked.

2. Wash the eggs, put them in cold water that can be submerged, turn on the fire, after the high fire boils, simmer for 5-7 minutes

3. Remove the boiled eggs and put them in cold water

4. When the egg turns warm, tap the egg shell evenly to make even cracks. Do not peel the egg shell or separate the egg shell from the egg.

5. Boil a pot of white water again, put the Pu'er tea, cumin seeds, salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, bay leaves and rock sugar in it, and add eggs after boiling

6. Cook for about 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and let it stand overnight to make it more delicious
