Braised Pork Elbow

Dehair the pork knuckle, shave the skin, make a few strokes, wash, and prepare the seasoning

Add water and cooking wine to the pot, put the pork knuckles in to a boil, turn to a low heat and simmer, wash with cold water

Pour edible oil into the wok, add rock sugar, and stir-fry on low heat until the rock sugar melts and turns reddish brown with little bubbles

Add pork knuckle, add cooking wine, dark soy sauce and color evenly

Put all the spices in the picture above in the electric pressure cooker, add salt, cooking wine, light soy sauce

Put the pork knuckle in, and add water to the electric pressure cooker in a frying sugar-colored pot until the pork knuckle is almost covered
7.
Simmer for an hour, and simmer for a night after it is cooked.
