Cumin Sausage Steamed Buns

First, remove the outer layer of the white steamed bun. Be sure to remove it, otherwise the egg liquid will not be absorbed.

Then cut the steamed bun into small dices, and cut the beef sausage into hob pieces.

Knock 2 eggs into a bowl and stir to disperse, pour the diced steamed buns and stir to absorb the egg liquid.

Pour oil in a hot pan, pour the mixed steamed buns into the stir-fry, and fry dry.

Then add the beef sausage and stir-fry until cooked, sprinkle in cumin, and stir-fry the white pepper evenly.

Finally, sprinkle in salt and pepper, white sugar, and white sesame seeds.
