Fried Egg Buns

1. The ingredients are washed and ready

2. Diced steamed buns

3. Dice oyster mushrooms and carrots

4. Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, cooking wine and a little water to beat

5. All the steamed buns are covered with egg liquid

6. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add steamed buns and stir fry

7. Blanch the eryngii mushrooms, remove and drain the water

8. Heat oil in a pot, add green onions and stir fry, add carrots and eryngii mushrooms, stir fry, add salt and cooking wine to taste

9. Pour in the fried buns and stir fry evenly

10. Sprinkle the chopped green onion, out of the pot
