Flowering Shrimp and Cheese Buns

First cut the steamed buns back into softness and cross-section, don’t cut the bottom, remember

Pour the salad oil into a non-stick pan to heat, pour in the peeled and diced shrimp and fry until the color turns red.

Add more mozzarella cheese and salt to the flowering part of the steamed bun

Then stuff the fried shrimp into the gap of the flowering bun
5.
Brush a layer of egg liquid, sprinkle with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds, preheat the oven and heat up and down to 200 degrees
6.
Put it in the middle and bake for 10 minutes, the surface will be colored and it will be out of the oven
