In the summer, the business in front of the various baking stalls is very hot. At night, it is very pleasant to meet with three or five friends to drink beer and eat baking. Although I am not used to supper, sometimes I still smell the smell of baking when I pass by. It's a bit tempting to be temptation, which is suitable for snacks-cumin toothpick lamb, so I will occasionally eat a few skewers of lamb. It’s always bad to eat too much barbecue outside. It’s better to cook it at home. It happens that there are a lot of lamb from Inner Mongolia in the refrigerator. After a few times of stewing, there is still a lot of lean meat, so I thought about the method. Make it a delicacy that children love to eat. I used to make toothpick meat with pork at home before, and the children like to eat it, so this time I decided to use lamb to make this dish.

Cumin Toothpick Lamb

1. After cutting the lamb into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, sesame oil, pepper, cumin powder, minced ginger and garlic

2. Mix well and marinate for about half an hour

3. Skewers the meat with a toothpick

4.
Put oil in the pot and fry with toothpicks

5. Fried until the skewers are a bit brown

6. Out of the pot

7. Start another pot, add the peppercorns

8. Stir fragrant ginger and minced garlic

9. Add the fried lamb skewers and stir fry

10. Add cumin grains

11. Add sesame

12. Add chili powder and chopped green onion, mix well and serve

Tips:

1. The mutton will be more delicious if marinated in advance

2. It’s okay not to use toothpick string if it is too troublesome, but the interest will decrease

3. Don't put the chili powder that is afraid of being spicy. I also made some spicy and non-spicy chili powder.
