Cumin Toothpick Lamb

After cutting the lamb into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, sesame oil, pepper, cumin powder, minced ginger and garlic

Tips:
1. The mutton will be more delicious if marinated in advance
2. It’s okay not to use toothpick string if it is too troublesome, but the interest will decrease
3. Don't put the chili powder that is afraid of being spicy. I also made some spicy and non-spicy chili powder.
