Cured Drumsticks and Winter Melon Soup

1. Ingredients: winter melon, cured chicken drumstick (washed)

2. Peel and seed the winter melon and wash it.

3. Cut on the chopping board and set aside.

4. Place the cured chicken legs on the chopping board and chop into pieces.
