Cured Fish and Mei Cai

The dried plums are soaked in cold water.

Wash the soaked plum vegetables and cut into sections.

Chop the cured fish into small pieces, rinse well, and drain for later use.

Cut green and red peppers and onions into small pieces.
5.
Slice ginger, crush garlic; slice sausage.

Heat the oil in a pot, sauté the ginger slices, and stir-fry the sausage to get the oil.

Set aside the sausage, add the cured fish and stir well.

Add the Mei Cai and stir well.
9.
Add appropriate amount of cold water, secret chili sauce and garlic cloves and stir-fry well. After the water is boiled, simmer for 5 minutes.
10.
Pour in green and red peppers and onions, fry them until they are broken, and just adjust the flavor.
