Curry Chicken
1.
I forgot to shoot the materials at the beginning, now they are all cut, potato hobs, and shank chop into small pieces
2.
Pour the oil, put the chili and green onion into the pot
3.
Pour the drumsticks and stir fry, about 3 minutes, the chicken will change color, pour some cooking wine, and stir fry again
4.
Then pour in the potato wedges and continue to fry
5.
Stir-fry for about 2~3 minutes, then add water
6.
How much water you add depends on your personal preference. I like to have more soup, so I add more water, then cover and stew for about 15 minutes!
7.
When the time is about the time, open the lid, try the potatoes with a spatula, and let them soften, then add 4 to 6 pieces of curry and stir fry for 5 minutes, wait for the soup to change color and thicken, and forgot to take pictures in the last step.
8.
Get out of the pot after frying!
Tips:
Please note that the amount of curry depends on personal preference. If you think curry is not salty enough, you can put some salt in the stew. My mouth is heavy, so I put some salt in it every time
