5. Stir-fry for about 2~3 minutes, then add water

6. How much water you add depends on your personal preference. I like to have more soup, so I add more water, then cover and stew for about 15 minutes!

7. When the time is about the time, open the lid, try the potatoes with a spatula, and let them soften, then add 4 to 6 pieces of curry and stir fry for 5 minutes, wait for the soup to change color and thicken, and forgot to take pictures in the last step.

Tips:

Please note that the amount of curry depends on personal preference. If you think curry is not salty enough, you can put some salt in the stew. My mouth is heavy, so I put some salt in it every time
