Curry Chicken Wing Root
1.
Wash the roots of the chicken wings and wipe off the water, and scratch 2-3 knives on the surface;
2.
Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine, and stir well;
3.
Wash the green lemon, squeeze lemon juice into the bowl of chicken wing root, then slice, mix with the chicken wing root, marinate for 10 minutes;
4.
Add appropriate amount of curry powder and beef powder;
5.
Stir evenly, cover with plastic wrap, keep in refrigerator and marinate for 20 minutes;
6.
Take out the roots of the chicken wings and stir a few more times;
7.
Place the roots of the chicken wings in a non-stick baking dish. If the baking dish is not anti-sticky, put tin foil or greased paper on it;
8.
The oven starts the preheating program: adjust the power of the upper and lower fire to 200 degrees; the time displayed on my oven is the entire baking time, not the preheating time;
9.
Brush a layer of corn oil on the surface of the chicken wings;
10.
After the oven has been preheated successfully, place the baking pan in the middle of the oven, bake for about 30 minutes, and turn it over halfway;
11.
After 30 minutes, the fragrant chicken wing roots are out of the oven.
Tips:
1. Make a few cuts on the surface of the chicken wing root, which is easier to taste. You can also use a toothpick to make the hole; the chicken wing root marinated in lime juice will have a fresher taste, so it is recommended not to omit it;
2. Because the power and temper of the oven are different, the baking time needs to be adjusted according to the actual situation;
