Wild crucian carp in spring is very tender and slightly sweet. My husband said, two or three small crucian carp, fried crispy fish, too big; burned and eaten, it feels a little smaller. Hehe, for me, I prefer to eat stewed, crispy and tasty, and the meat is even more attractive. The golden tofu, the deliciousness of crucian, and the flavor of golden curry, are fragrant and slightly spicy, and the fish in the soup feels very rich.
