In this dish, the fish is wild white strips or small crucian carp, the flesh is tender and thorny; cornmeal is used to make cakes. 1. Clean up the fish and drain the water.

11. Paste the tortillas along the edge of the pan. Add water to submerge the fish, and half of the tortillas are immersed in the fish soup.

12. Bring to a boil on high heat and simmer for 40 minutes on low heat. Add the green and red pepper, cut off the raw material, adjust the flavor and bring out the pot.
