Curry Drumsticks

Wash the onions, carrots, and potatoes separately.

Dice carrots.
3.
Dice potatoes.
4.
Put the olive oil into the wok and heat until 80% hot.

Add diced onion and sauté until fragrant.

Then add the drumsticks and stir fry until the skin becomes tight.
7.
Add the diced carrots and diced potatoes and stir fry for another minute.
8.
Pour in water (without the chicken legs) and bring to a boil.
9.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
10.
Open the lid and add the block curry.
11.
Stir with a spatula until the curry cubes are melted.
12.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
