Curry Fish Steak Spaghetti

Thaw the pansa fillets, wash them, and marinate them with salt and black pepper for about 10 minutes.

Wash the carrots and potatoes, peel them, cut them into palatable chunks, pour them into the pot and stir fry.

Add water and cook. (More water, it will thicken after adding curry cubes)

After turning off the heat, add the curry cubes.

When the curry is melted, stir well and set aside.

Add water to the boiling pot and boil, add the pasta and cook for about 10 minutes until cooked.

While cooking the pasta, fry the eggs in a frying pan and serve. (If you use a mold to fry eggs, remember to grease the inner wall of the mold to prevent sticking)

Beat 1 egg into the plate, and coat the marinated pansa fish fillet with egg mixture.

Fry them in a frying pan. (If the fish fillet is too thick, cut into small pieces. The frying time depends on your own pot)

Put an appropriate amount of cooked pasta into the plate, put the fried egg and fish steak, pour in the curry sauce, and stir well.
