Braised Pangasius

1. The fish fillet is cut into sections as shown.

2. Add salt, white pepper, chicken essence, egg liquid and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour. .

3. Put a small amount of oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and fry the fish fillets on low heat.

4. Fry the fish fillet until golden brown, and set aside.

5. The ingredients are cut as shown

6. Put oil in the pot, fry the onion, ginger, garlic and peppercorns until fragrant!

7. Add the chopped green and red peppers and onions, add a small amount of salt and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly!

8. Stir-fry the side dishes until half cooked, pour in the fried fish fillet. Stir fry for a while, add a little vinegar and finally some sugar when starting the pan.

9. Stir fry evenly and put it on the plate!
