Braised Pangasius

The fish fillet is cut into sections as shown.

Add salt, white pepper, chicken essence, egg liquid and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour. .

Put a small amount of oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan and fry the fish fillets on low heat.

Fry the fish fillet until golden brown, and set aside.

Put oil in the pot, fry the onion, ginger, garlic and peppercorns until fragrant!
