Prepare ingredients.

For sauerkraut fish, I like to choose pansa fish, which has no thorns and no earthy smell. Dry the fish and place it on the chopping board. Cut it into thin slices at a 45 degree angle.
3.
Add a little salt, cooking wine and cornstarch to the cut fish fillets, stir well, and marinate for five minutes.
4.
Add sauerkraut and stir fry with hot oil in a hot pan to create a fragrance, add a little cooking wine and bean paste and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add two bowls of boiling water to the pot, bring the fish fillets to a boil, and immediately remove the fish fillets for later use.
6.
Put rice noodles in a pot and cook for three minutes on high heat.
7.
Put the rice noodles in a bowl, place the fish fillets on top, and sprinkle with coriander. If you like vegetables, you can add some vegetables. It is more delicious with a can of Mai Kangmei nutrition!
