Curry Hot Dry Noodles

Ingredients: 70 grams of hot dry noodles, 1/8 onion, half a carrot, 1 small piece of green pepper, 1 piece of parsley, 1 clove of garlic, 1 piece of curry, appropriate amount of oil, and amount of water.

Wash the carrots, onions, and green peppers separately and cut into small cubes.

Wash celery and chop.

Peel the garlic and smash it.

Pour water in the pot and bring it to a boil.

Add the dried noodles and keep boiling for about 4-6 minutes.

Cook until the noodles are cooked and not soft, remove and control the water.

While cooking the noodles, pour an appropriate amount of oil in a pan and heat it up.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add onions and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.

Add diced carrots and diced green peppers, and stir-fry until they are broken.

Add chopped celery and stir-fry slightly.

Pour in an appropriate amount of boiling water.

Put in curry cubes.

Cook until melted and stir-fry evenly.

Continue to cook until the soup thickens.

Put in the noodles.

Stir fry evenly and turn off the heat.
19.
Put it out of the pot and garnish the surface with chopped celery.
Tips:
The side dishes can be changed as you like.
Hot-dried noodles can be replaced with pasta or regular noodles.
The amount of curry cubes can be increased or decreased according to the intensity or taste you want.
