Braised Noodles with Tomato and Beans
1.
Prepare the ingredients, wash the beans, cut into small sections with a hob, peel and cut tomatoes into small cubes, shred chicken breast, smash the garlic into small cubes.
2.
Heat the dry noodles in boiling water, boil them softly and then pick them up, don’t need to cook for a long time.
3.
Add a little cooking oil to the wok, add garlic diced and sauté.
4.
Add the chicken shreds and fry until the color changes.
5.
Add the beans and diced tomatoes and stir fry a few times.
6.
Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, and stir well. Don't stir-fry for a long time.
7.
Pour the fried beans, tomatoes, chicken, noodles and stock into Midea's original ecological AH pot.
8.
Press the quick cook button, then press start, the rice cooker starts to work, and the Midea original AH cooker has a quick cooking process for about 20 minutes. The noodles do not need to be cooked for so long. When the noodles are cooked for 5 minutes, they can be boiled.
9.
When you open it, you can see that the noodles have just collected the juice, and you can start eating after mixing!
Tips:
The hot dry noodles I use are more resistant to cooking. If you use regular noodles, shorten the cooking time.
Don't stir-fry the beans for a long time, or it will be too soft when it is simmered.
