Egg Fried Noodle

Marinate the shredded pork with light salted soy sauce, then add some cornstarch, shred carrots and blanch until soft cucumbers are shredded.

Cut the onion into small pieces and cut the green onion diagonally

Spread the eggs into egg pancakes and shred them for use. The rest is fried as well as possible.

I use dry hot dry noodles and just boil them in water, then put sesame oil on them and let cool

Stir-fry the onion and green onions until soft so that the sweetness of the onion will come out. Then add the shredded pork and stir-fry. Then add a spoonful of sweet noodle sauce and a spoonful of soy sauce. Then add the egg and continue to fry. Add some water and cook for five minutes. Finally, add some oyster sauce and sprinkle some green onions

Tips:
