Curry Noodles
1.
Wash the mushrooms and slice them for later use
2.
Chicken breasts are cooked in advance or grilled (I like grilled, dry, fragrant, more savory)
3.
Tear the chicken breast into thick strips for later use
4.
Raise the frying pan, add sliced mushrooms and stir fry until slightly watery
5.
Add chicken breast strips and frozen peas and stir fry (it is better to thaw frozen peas in advance, I stole it lazy)
6.
Add curry paste and chicken soup until all the ingredients are covered, and start cooking (use water if there is no chicken soup)
7.
You can start cooking the pasta when you cook the curry sauce. I boil the pasta before frying the mushrooms (put some salt in the water, add the pasta after the water is boiled, the pasta looks like this, and the name is called Fusilli)
8.
The curry looks like it's cooked. At this time, grind some black pepper into it. The curry doesn’t have to be cooked too viscous because it needs to be mixed into the noodles, and the pasta like Fusilli can suck sauce
9.
Cook the pasta until there is still a little bit of white core, you can remove it, put it in the curry sauce pot and mix well.
