Curry Oxtail Soup

Four sections of oxtail, (more people can increase the amount), after washing, put blood in the pot and rinse.

Add ginger cubes, cooking wine, and curry paste when boiling.

Put the oxtail from which the sewage has been removed and put water in the pot, so that the water is slightly higher than the oxtail. Bring to a boil and simmer for about three hours. After the oxtail is crispy, add salt to taste and cook for another ten minutes.
4.
Add cilantro and enjoy after serving.
