Ingredients

Curry Pork Belly Ramen

1. Blanch broccoli in a pot, add some salt to the water

2. Remove after cooking

3. I bought the ramen in a bag

4. After boiling the water in the pot, add the ramen

5. After boiling again, add some cold water and continue to cook until the hardness you want

6. Add a proper amount of water to another pot and add miso sauce

7. Add curry cubes

8. Cook until all melted

9. I put the pork belly in the soup and cook

10. Pour the curry soup into a large bowl

11. Drain the ramen and put it in the soup

12. Then add broccoli, pork belly and soft-boiled eggs

Tips:

My serving is for one person, the soup tastes better, if the taste is heavy, you can add more salt
