Ever since I ate the Thai restaurant, curry shrimp and crab, I have never forgotten the curry shrimp, the curry sauce and rice can be eaten a bowl of rice without vegetables. Today I bought the curry paste and tried it myself. I didn’t expect there to be a restaurant. The smell, (I feel better) Haha 😄"

Curry Prawns

1. The ingredients are ready.

2. Wash the shrimps after thawing.

3. Cut the peppers and carrots. (Forgot to buy onions)

4. Mince garlic.

5. Pour dried shrimp into a non-stick pan and fry.

6. Fry on both sides, (add a little frying)

7. After decocting the water to dry, pour in an appropriate amount of oil.

8. Scoop it up and set aside after frying.

9. Pour the right amount of oil into the pan to saute the garlic, pour the chili and carrot and stir fry.

10. Then add curry cubes and pour coconut milk.

11. Then pour in the fried shrimp and stir fry evenly.

12. Drain the juice and serve.

13. Finished product. It's really delicious 😋

Tips:

The coconut oar itself has water, so no water is needed in the whole process.
