Curry Seafood

Prepare the ingredients, cut the kidney beans into sections, cut the cabbage into cubes, wash the fish and shrimps and set aside.

Chop the young onions, pat the lemongrass, and set aside coconut milk and curry ingredients.

Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan, add chopped onion and lemongrass to fragrant, add curry and stir fry until fragrant, then stir-fry the beans and cabbage for 1 minute, add water and cook until the vegetables are soft for about 10 minutes. (Add water to cover the dish)

Pour the fish into the pot and cook for 5 minutes

Add shrimp and cook for 5 minutes

Finally, add coconut milk to it and turn off the heat.

Curry mixed vegetables and seafood is done
Tips:
You can put the seafood you like, and add winter melon or eggplant to the dishes.
