Curry Seafood Baked Rice

Cut all the side dishes into small dices,

Put the butter and the side dishes in the pot! Stir fry the shrimps to change color,

Because I forgot to take the photo, I just need to have the right amount of milk on my own, not too thin, and then put in the curry cubes! You don’t need to put any other condiments. Mix it with rice when you are done!

Spread the mozzarella flat on the rice, because I personally like to eat it, so I put a little bit more.

Put it in the oven at 200 degrees and bake it for 15 minutes. If there is no oven, the microwave can be used; because the dishes and rice are cooked, so just stare at the oven and it will be less than 15 minutes
