Custard Buns

Prepare the ingredients needed for baking custard buns and weigh them finely;

Melt unsalted butter in water for use

First, break up the eggs, pour in powdered sugar, and stir evenly with a manual whisk;

Add the melted butter liquid and mix well;
5.
Sift the potato starch, low-gluten flour, unsweetened milk powder, and baking powder into a bowl containing egg liquid;

First stir and press with a spatula, and then knead the dough with your hands;

Take a small piece of dough, knead it into a long strip, and cut into small pieces;
8.
Knead the small agent into small balls (the small balls should be as small as possible, they are easy to crack when baked), and put them in a non-stick baking pan;

Preheat the oven to 145°C, and put the baking tray on the second level (middle level) of the oven;
10.
Oven at 145℃, upper and lower tubes, second layer, bake for 20 minutes;

After the surface is slightly colored, the custard buns are ready to be baked
Tips:
1. In order to ensure the crispy taste of custard buns, do not replace potato starch with other types of starch;
2. The small custard buns should be as small as possible, the bigger they are, the easier it is to crack;
3. Sealed and preserved;
