Custard Sauce

Two egg yolks,

Add white sugar and beat until the color is white and the volume swells.

Add sifted low-gluten flour,

Stir well,

Boil the milk,

Pour 1/3 into the egg yolk paste and mix well,

Then pour it into the milk pan, keep stirring on low heat, and cook until thick,

Pour the sauce into a bowl immediately and use it after cooling.
