Cut Pork Knuckle

Remove the bones of the pork knuckle and wash it.

Bundled with twine.

Put it in the rice cooker, add a few slices of ginger, green onion knot, add cooking wine, white vinegar, and cook the soup for one hour.

After an hour, remove it and put it in ice water, let it cool completely, wrap it in plastic wrap, and refrigerate it overnight.

Remove the twine and slice it the next day.

Boil minced garlic, minced ginger coriander, peanut oil and top with light soy sauce.

Eat it with sauce, it tastes delicious!
