Cute Little Pumpkin-cake

Soak the peeled mung beans in warm water for half an hour. After steaming, press into powder with a spoon and add white sugar. After fry the sesame seeds, use a cooking machine to break them and mix them with mung bean powder.

Steam the pumpkin and let it cool until it’s not hot. Add glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, and white sugar to knead into a cylindrical dough. Use a knife to cut into pieces of the same size, then press into small round cakes, wrap the prepared mung bean sesame powder, and knead into a dough. The shape of a round ball, press a toothpick on a small pumpkin as shown in the figure
