Cuttlefish and Peanut Soup
1.
After preparing the ingredients, slice the dried cuttlefish, pork belly, and ginger. After the dried cuttlefish are cut, rinse them with water.
2.
So put the ingredients together in the pot, add water, and add two spoons of salt.
3.
I use the pressure cooker to stew, so it's very fast, first simmer on high heat for about 10 minutes, and then change to low heat for about 20 minutes after the gas is released.
Tips:
Pork belly and peanuts can be added or subtracted according to your preference, and shiitake mushrooms can also be added when stewing. I personally think shiitake mushrooms are more flavorful, so I didn't add them.
