Cuttlefish Ball and Winter Melon Soup

Prepare the ingredients

Winter melon peeled, scooped and cut into chunks

Slice ginger for later use

Wash and cut green onions
5.
Fill the soup pot with the right amount of cold water

Add the sliced ginger

Pour cold water into the cuttlefish balls in a cold pan

After the high heat is boiled, turn to a low heat and cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes

Pour in the cut winter melon
10.
Cook for 10 minutes, wait until the winter melon is cooked through

Add the right amount of salt and sprinkle with chopped green onion
