Winter tonic soup can nourish liver and kidney, nourish yin and blood, treat hyperacidity and so on. It's suitable to eat in winter.

Cuttlefish Soup

1. Soak the dried cuttlefish in warm water for 20 minutes, wash it, and cut it into wide strips and lengthwise.

2. Wash the pork belly and slice it.

3. Wash the cucumber and shred it.

4. Ginger slices.

5. Heat up the oil in a hot pan, heat it for 30 minutes, add the pork belly and fry until slightly charred.
