Deep-fried Pork

Soak dried tofu slices in warm water (about 3-5 minutes) and set aside

Beat beef into stuffing, add chopped green onion and set aside

Potatoes are steamed, peeled and mashed

Mashed potatoes with meat and eggs, add seasonings, and mix well

After the tofu skin is soaked, spread it out and rub it with a layer of water starch

Spread the mixed meat filling, about 1cm thick, and then cover the tofu skin that has been brushed with water starch, wrap it, and cut into sections with a knife

The oil temperature is about 50%, fried in the pan

After filtering the oil, serve! That's it! Drinking and watching TV as snacks, that's a great deal!
