Delicate and Smooth Caramel Pudding

Cook the caramel sauce and put a little into the pudding mold; (the caramel sauce is made of sugar and water)

Put the whole egg, egg yolk, and sugar together, mix well and set aside;

Heat pure milk and evaporated milk together at 60 degrees and stir evenly;

Mix the cream and egg batter in small portions;
5.
Sift the mixed pudding sauce to remove foam and pour it into the mold;

Put the pudding mold into a baking pan with 1cm deep water, ready to bake;
7.
Turn the Depu electric oven to the bottom heating mode, 190 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes to solidify;
8.
Remove the baked pudding and drizzle it with caramel liquid, ready to eat!
Tips:
1. Ceramic coffee cups can be used if there is no pudding mold;
2. It will taste better if pure milk is replaced with fresh milk.
