Delicious and Healthy Milk Tea
1.
Pour the sugar into a clean pot, turn on a low heat, and boil the sugar until it becomes a golden caramel color.
Then pour 500g of pure milk into the caramelized pot. When just poured in, the caramel will agglomerate and float. This is normal, so don't worry. Increase the heat and keep stirring until the caramel is all cooked.
Note: Some friends asked if they can use low-fat or skimmed milk for cooking. I suggest to use whole milk in general, which has a stronger milk flavor.
2.
Then pour all the tea leaves that were prepared before, and stir constantly with a large wooden spoon. The fire can be kept medium, not too small.
Boil for about 8-12 minutes, stirring at any time while cooking, so that the flavor of the tea leaves is completely incorporated into the milk. Finally, turn off the heat and filter out the tea leaves.
Just boil the original milk tea and it's ready! The original milk tea made by myself, the combination of tea and milk fragrance is just right, it will not be very sweet, and it will not be greasy after drinking. Finally, there is a faint tea scent in the mouth, hehehe, it's so delicious!
(The amount written above can make 4 cups of small tea cups like the picture above)
