Delicious and Not Bitter Honey Citron Tea
1.
Peel the grapefruit and scrape the skin until it is translucent. Try not to bring the white flesh inside (the more white flesh, the more bitter the final product will be).
2.
Cut the shaved grapefruit skin into thin strips and marinate in salt water overnight.
3.
Add water to the marinated grapefruit skin and meat and cook for ten minutes on low heat. Pour out the water and let it dry. (Honey citron tea made from pomelo meat without blanching in water is also bitter)
4.
Put the blanched meat and skin in a pot, add rock sugar, add a little water, and cook until it becomes sticky. (Because the grapefruit meat itself has moisture, it is not advisable to add too much water)
5.
Put the boiled grapefruit tea out to cool, and then add honey, so that the delicious and not bitter grapefruit tea is ready
