Delicious Beef Noodles

The beef tendon was cut open and soaked in bleeding water.

Put all kinds of materials into the material box.

Put the beef and the material box into a casserole, add green onion, ginger and soy sauce and simmer for about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Finally, add salt to turn off the heat.

Just season with salt, the soup is already very delicious, and you can make it by yourself. It will be more delicious if you can't finish the braised beef and cut it into slices of beef after a meal.
Tips:
1. Braising beef by yourself is simpler and more authentic. With this method, would you still eat beef noodles outside?
2. Sweet potato flour must be used for the vermicelli. Jindao has no additives. I also ran into sweet potato flour in the market. The color of the sweet potato flour without added is dark. The first meal is strong, and the second meal is broken with chopsticks. This is the vermicelli without added gelatin. It is purely my own experience and can be used appropriately.
