Delicious Egg Tart

Weigh the milk, whipped cream, add sugar, and melt in insulated water.

Prepare two egg yolks.

Add egg yolks to light cream and mix well.
4.
Sift in low powder.
5.
Strain the egg tart liquid and pour it into a measuring cup.
6.
Add to the custard crust.
7.
Preheat the oven for a few minutes and put it in the middle of the oven at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes.
8.
Freshly baked.
