Delicious Fried Dumplings
1.
A plate of dumplings that have not been eaten are stored in the fresh-keeping layer of the refrigerator. Take them out first and flick them lightly with chopsticks. Some may stick together and let them spread.
2.
Put an appropriate amount of oil in the pot and heat it until 70% hot, and put the dumplings one by one. Turn to medium-low heat and fry.
3.
Fry until golden on all sides, and the filling inside will be hot through. The crispy ones are more fragrant and more delicious.
4.
Sprinkle some chives before serving, and the delicious pan-fried dumplings are ready.
5.
For those who like to eat with dipping sauce, use dumpling vinegar and very fresh soy sauce to make the sauce at a ratio of 1:1, and add some chili oil.
Tips:
1. Don't overheat the cooked leftover dumplings. They have a bad taste and are easy to break. Simply fry them and eat them on the table. Children and adults like it. 2. Fried dumplings are delicious, but the oil will be greasy. Add a little vinegar to relieve the greasy. I really don’t want to fry and eat, so steaming is better than boiling.
