Sour Soup Dumplings

Tips:
After the soup is adjusted, you can taste it and find the flavor you like. The amount of coriander and chives can be put in any amount, more or less is fine, don't omit the sesame oil, it is very flavorful. Chili oil depends on personal needs, and it doesn’t matter if you keep it or not.
The dumplings should be fried until all sides are slightly burnt, so that they are fragrant in the soup.
