Delicious Grilled Saury

The saury cleans up its internal organs and rinses it out, using kitchen paper to absorb the moisture on the surface.

Cut a few diagonally on the fish for the purpose of flavour. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle with sea salt and pepper. Then massage it gently and gently. Marinate for about fifteen minutes.

Preheat the oven at 230 degrees for about ten minutes, during which time it needs to be turned over and baked. Bake until the fish is a bit golden and well cooked. You can add lemon juice after baking.
