The best way to eat saury is grilled. It doesn't need too much seasoning. It is seasoned with salt and black pepper. It is already very fragrant. With vegetables and lemon juice, it can relieve greasiness.

Ingredients

Grilled Saury with Seasonal Vegetables and Salt

1. The saury is frozen, defrost it first

2. Do not cut the belly of the fish. Use scissors to cut off the lower part of the fish. Use chopsticks to remove the fish intestines from the gills to keep the fish from breaking and not deforming when grilled.

3. Cut an oblique knife on both sides of the fish and put it on a long plate

4. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground black pepper

5. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on both sides of the fish, spread it with your hands, and marinate for 10 minutes

6. Prepare vegetables, peel potatoes and wash carrots and green peppers

7. Sliced potatoes and carrots, shredded green peppers

8. Change the fish to the baking tray, put it into the preheated oven at 200 degrees, and bake it for about 8 minutes

9. Take out the baking tray and apply some oil on the fish. Odorless oil is fine.

10. The fish in turn, then greased

11. Place the vegetables, sprinkle a little salt and freshly ground black pepper

12. Put it in the oven again, 200 degrees, middle level, 10-15 minutes

13. Take it out at that time and start eating

Tips:

Vegetables can be adjusted by themselves, but it is not recommended to use vegetables with a lot of juice. The saury itself produces oil, so the amount of oil is very small and only used for noodles.
